The Verdict is Ottawa's premiere lawyers' classic rock band. Made up (mostly) of local lawyers, The Verdict perform regularly at a number of benefit concerts each year for various local charities in the Ottawa region.

On Thursday, December 3rd, 2009, starting at 8:00pm, The Verdict is performing for The Prosperity Fund! Tickets are now on sale at a price of $10. All proceeds will be donated to The Prosperity Fund. Door prizes will also be available.

In 2006, The Verdict was awarded the Gordon F. Henderson Award by the County of Carleton Law Association in recognition of the band's support for local charities, and their exceptional contribution to the community for their ten year history of raising funds for worthy causes.
