The Advisory Council will be comprised of 7-10 members, including the founder of the Fund. The members will represent key stakeholder groups and other professionals in health care, business, media and politics. The composition of the Advisory Council may change over time, based on the requirements and Fund objectives at that time. The initial term for all Advisory Council members will be 2 years, with an option for one 1-year extension upon majority vote of the other Advisory Council members.
The Advisory Council has been established to provide guidance, insight and recommendations on the strategy and operations of the Fund. Advisory Council members are expected to perform the following duties:
Acting, in good faith and in an ethical and responsible manner, to all responsibilities bestowed as an Advisory Council member.
